The main bodies of the Polish Craft Association are:
- Congress of the Polish Crafts,
- Board,
- Audit Committee.

Congress of the Polish Crafts

Congress is the supreme body of the Polish Craft Association. It is authorized to deal with all matters concerning crafts. The Congress gathers each year at a session and every four years it elects the President, Board and Audit Committee.

Board of the Polish Craft Association

The Board supervises the activities of the Polish Craft Association. It consists of 27 representatives of the craft and small business chambers and the President of the ZRP. The Board elects its Presidium. The Presidium has 9 members (including the President of the ZRP) and coordinates activities of the Board.

Audit Committee

The Committee is an independent auditing body of the Association. It performs financial and economic audits and checks the execution of the Congress's resolutions.
